We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of information about our users and their organizations. We are proud of our privacy practices and the strength of our site security and want you to know how we protect your information and use it to provide outstanding service on Paglo.com (the "Service".
Paglo stresses privacy and security standards to guard against loss and theft of data. We constantly re-evaluate and improve our privacy and security policies and adapt them as necessary to deal with new challenges.
The use of this Service is conditioned upon your ("User") acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. - Your Data
You control your data. You can take it with you or delete it anytime you want. You can add data to the Service or remove it. When you delete your data or account from the Service, your data will be permanently expunged from our primary production servers and further access to your account will not be possible. However, portions of your data may remain on our production servers indefinitely. Your data may also remain on backup servers or media. Paglo keeps these backups to ensure our continued ability to provide the Service to you in the event of malfunction or damage to our primary production servers. - Data Collection
User should be aware that portions of this Service require and contain functions for collecting the User's personal information including, but not limited to User's name, email address, accessing history of the Service and devices discovered by the Service and corresponding data. Paglo may also collect and track non-personally identifiable information about User including but not limited to User's IP address, the type and capabilities of browser you employ, and referrer identification. - Data Entry by User
Certain areas of this Service will require entry by the User of certain personal and company information as indicated above. Paglo requires that the actual User input such information and that such information be the most recent available. In addition, User may request that Paglo modify or delete User's registered information by sending an email to Paglo at support@paglo.com with the words "UPDATE USER INFORMATION" in the subject line or by writing to us at Support c/o Paglo 1804 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94303. When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is our policy to contact the complaining User regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of data that cannot be resolved between Paglo and User. - Use of User Information
Paglo reserves the right to compile, save, use within the scope of Paglo activities, and analyze any and all User data. Paglo intends to regularly use such User data for internal purposes, including without limitation for the purposes of responding to User's requests for information, troubleshooting, and Service enhancements, and for contacting User. Paglo may also use such information to develop and/or offer new content and services. Statistics about users (including User) may be provided to third parties, but such information will be aggregated so that it does not identify a particular individual or company, including User. - Choice/Opt Out
Paglo may periodically send User information regarding Paglo and its Services, and third party Services. If User has been receiving such information and does not wish to continue receiving such information, please contact Paglo at marketing@paglo.com or write us, at Marketing c/o Paglo at: 1804 Embarcadero Road, Palo Alto, CA 94303 and let Paglo know that you no longer wish to receive such information. User may not be able to opt out of communications related directly to the Service. - Disclosure of User Information
Paglo will, to the extent possible, control User information, and, except as otherwise set forth herein, not disclose such User information to third parties. However, in the event disclosure of any User information by Paglo is required by law or applicable regulatory authority, Paglo may disclose such User information without the consent of User. - External service providers
There may be a number of separate products and services offered by third parties advertised by us on our site and through the Service that may be complementary to your use of Paglo.com and these constitute Paglo Offers. If you choose to use these separate products or services, disclose information to the providers, and/or grant them permission to collect information about you, then their use of your information is governed by their privacy policy. You should evaluate the practices of external services providers before deciding to use their services. These third party Web sites may have different privacy policies than Paglo and Paglo is not responsible for their privacy practices. If you use a Paglo bulletin board, blog, chat room, or other type of posting page, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. - Data transfer upon a Paglo transaction
Your data may be transferred upon acquisition of Paglo but only in accordance with this policy. Registration Information and Account Information may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization or other transfer (a "Transfer") involving Paglo. Paglo specifically reserves the right to transfer Registration and Account Information to a third party in connection with a Transfer. Should such a Transfer occur, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to require that the new combined entity follow this privacy and security policy with respect to your information, as and to the extent required by applicable law. - Modifications
This Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the Service constitute the complete agreement between the parties with respect to their subject matter and supersede any prior agreement or communication. Paglo reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy without prior notice. In the event Paglo updates or modifies this Privacy Policy, Paglo shall endeavor to post such updates or modifications to www.paglo.com. Therefore, User is advised to review this Privacy Policy occasionally for any modifications.
